How we process personal information when you contact Alexandar Jones through this website.
What information do we process?
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and any optional company name, telephone number and subject of the enquiry. Please do not send identity numbers, medical details or other sensitive information through the form.
Why do we process it?
We use this information to respond to enquiries, consider potential projects and communicate about possible engagements. The usual legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or Article 6(1)(b) where necessary for steps towards or performance of a contract with the individual concerned.
Who receives it?
Website and email services are provided via Simply.com. Once configured, contact form messages are delivered to our business email. Specialists only receive information necessary for an agreed task and where there is an appropriate legal basis. Hosting and security may involve technical logs and the provider’s sub-processors.
Retention and security
We review correspondence once its purpose has been fulfilled and remove it when no longer necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally reviewed for deletion within 12 months of the last contact. Client records may be retained longer where required by contractual and accounting obligations. A temporary anti-abuse check protects the contact form against repeated submissions.
